Rev. Timothy Seabaugh

Senior Pastor


Pastor Seabaugh is a native of Wisconsin. He graduated from Concordia Seminary in St. Louis with a Master of Divinity Degree. He served Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church, Onalaska, Wisconsin on his vicarage year and served his field work assignment at St. Paul Lutheran Church, Columbia, Illinois. He served as an Assistant Pastor to Redeemer Lutheran Church and School, Pensacola, Florida, for almost five years, until his current call and acceptance to Good Shepherd in the spring of 2005. He served as Associate/Youth Pastor until June 30, 2019 and then moved into the Senior Pastor position when Dr. Rev. Martin Koeller retired. Pastor Seabaugh and his wife Becky have one son Isaiah and one daughter Mallory. 

DCE David Stuckwisch
Director of Christian Education


David, graduated from Concordia Texas. He chose his career that followed in both his parents footsteps. Allen, his father has been a pastor for 31 years and his mother,  De in education for 30 years.  He met is wife Makenzi  while attending Concordia Texas. After he married Makenzi his first call was to St. John's Lutheran Church in Stuttgart Ak. After 5 years  they had their daughter Joanna, aka JoJo, and being a dad has been the greatest adventure thus far.  David enjoys watching sports, playing board games, watching/quoting movies, and trying our different recipes. He's always ready for a round of golf and his door is always open.

Jacob Erdman
Director of Parish Music


Jacob, is a native of Minnesota. He received his Parish Music degree from Concordia Mequon in Deceomber of 2016. Good Shepherd is his first call. He likes to play instruments for fun including piano, organ, guitar and ukulele. He likes to compose handbell music. Jacob's parents are Sam and Mary and he has 3 siblings: Andrew and Breanna who are older and Becca who is younger. In Jacob's spare time he likes to play baskeball, golf, frisbee, tennis, ping pong and more. He loves watching sports and is a big Minnesota sports fan (especially Minnesota Wild, the NHL team). He also loves to play board games.

Debbie Koeller,
Business Manager

Debbie Koeller started working for Good Shepherd as a substitute for the Preschool in November of 1994. In August of 1998 she replaced Marilyn Picard as Administrative Assistant. She started working with finances in 2006. She is currently the Business and Office Manager. She got her degree from UW-Whitewater and has over 14 years of banking/data processing experience. She and her husband Ray, have 3 adult children, Joshua (Samantha), Jennifer (Blair) Cline and Jacqueline and their grandchildren, Wyatt Koeller, McGavock and Tenna Cline plus their little Havanese dog, Mancha and grandpuppy Lily. In Debbie's spare time she loves beading, reading, watching Wyatt, McGavock, Tenna, and relaxing in Door County with her family.
