Rev. Timothy Seabaugh
Pastor Seabaugh is a native of Wisconsin. He graduated from Concordia Seminary in St. Louis with a Master of Divinity Degree. He served Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church, Onalaska, Wisconsin on his vicarage year and served his field work assignment at St. Paul Lutheran Church, Columbia, Illinois. He served as an Assistant Pastor to Redeemer Lutheran Church and School, Pensacola, Florida, for almost five years, until his current call and acceptance to Good Shepherd in the spring of 2005. He served as Associate/Youth Pastor until June 30, 2019 and then moved into the Senior Pastor position when Dr. Rev. Martin Koeller retired. Pastor Seabaugh and his wife Becky have one son Isaiah and one daughter Mallory.
Director of Parish Music
Jacob, is a native of Minnesota. He received his Parish Music degree from Concordia Mequon in December of 2016. Good Shepherd is his first call. He likes to play instruments for fun including piano, organ, guitar and ukulele. He likes to compose hand bell music. Jacob's parents are Sam and Mary and he has 3 siblings: Andrew and Breanna who are older and Becca who is younger. In Jacob's spare time he likes to play basketball, golf, frisbee, tennis, ping pong and more. He loves watching sports and is a big Minnesota sports fan (especially Minnesota Wild, the NHL team). He also loves to play board games.
Elizabeth is a native to Appleton WI. She loves time with her husband (who she met here at Good Shepherd), and 3 children. She has 2 sisters one of which is her twin, and a brother. She loves watching and playing tennis. She enjoys watching movies and tv shows on streaming networks, crafting, sewing, and knitting.
Director of Church Ministries
Tanya Johnson is a native of Bloomington, MN. She worked at Lutheran Island camp in Henning, MN while in college and graduated from Concordia University-St. Paul with a Bachelors degree in education. She spent a year as a teacher and missionary through the LCMS Board for Missions in Quetzaltenango, Guatemala before completing her Master of Arts in theology at Concordia Seminary - St. Louis. She worked in the business world and as a professional nanny before accepting a Call to do children's ministry and teach at Cross View Lutheran Church in Edina, MN. She married Todd in 2005 and moved to Appleton. Since then, she has been an interim principal twice, and taught a variety of combination classes for 3rd-5th grades and 6th-8th grades for 22 years in four different Lutheran schools, published some writing, and has been active in bell choirs and Bible studies at church. The Johnson family includes 2 daughters, Katie and Lizzie, and one Viszla-lab mix dog, Abbie.
She loves watching NHL hockey, talking about Jesus, working with kids and teens, watching movies, writing, reading, playing board or card games, walking her dog, spending time with family, and crocheting.
The Johnsons were members of Good Shepherd from 2005-2017, and are thrilled to be back!
