Baptism Celebration

We celebrate everyone who has been baptized in the previous year on the second Sunday of January. This is a time that we remember Jesus' baptism and allows us to rejoice as we say "God's own child, I gladly say it!"

STEPPING INTO LIFE – BAPTISM

A shell, the symbol of Baptism, traditionally used to apply the water, is the symbol for the first faith stepping stone.  In Baptism you vow to bless your children each night, pray with your little ones, and to place the Word of God in your child’s hands and life.

“Repent and be Baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins.  And you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.  The promise is for you and your children. “ -- Acts 2:38-39

Baptism Celebration Fellowship hour is at 9:15 a.m. on the second Sunday of January each year.
