Rev. Dr. Martin Koeller 

Senior Pastor


Pastor Koeller, a native of Wisconsin, received his Master of Divinity degree from Concordia Seminary in St. Louis in 1979 and his Doctor of Ministry degree from Concordia Seminary in 1997. He was installed as Senior Pastor at Good Shepherd in March of 2004. Previously he served congregations in Illinois and Upper Michigan. He and his wife, Linda, have three adult children, Peter (Cheryl), Elizabeth (Timios) Cook and Jonathan (Eva) and four grandchildren, Thurman, Sophia, Isabelle Cook and Isaac Koeller.


Rev. Timothy Seabaugh

Associate/Youth Pastor


Pastor Seabaugh is a native of Wisconsin. He graduated from Concordia Seminary in St. Louis with a Master of Divinity Degree. He served Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church, Onalaska, Wisconsin on his vicarage year and served his field work assignment at St. Paul Lutheran Church, Columbia, Illinois. He served as an Assistant Pastor to Redeemer Lutheran Church and School, Pensacola, Florida, for almost five years, until his current call and acceptance to Good Shepherd in the spring of 2005. Pastor Tim and his wife Becky have one son Isaiah and one daughter Mallory.


DCE Leann Johnson

Director of Christian Education


After completing certification as a Director of Christian Education, Leann Johnson accepted a call to Good Shepherd in 1992. Previous to this, she was an elementary school teacher in Minnesota for seventeen years with degrees in education and music. Leann is a 2006 KINDLE associate.


Debbie Koeller, Business Manager


Debbie Koeller started working for Good Shepherd as a substitute for the Preschool in November of 1994. In August of 1998 she replaced Marilyn Picard as Administrative Assistant. She started working with finances in 2006. She is currently the Business and Office Manager. She got her degree from UW-Whitewater and has over 14 years of banking/data processing experience. She and her husband Ray, have 3 adult children, Joshua (Samantha), Jennifer (Blair) Cline and Jacqueline and their grandson, Wyatt Koeller, plus their little TeddyBear dog, Holly. In Debbie's spare time she loves beading, reading, watching Wyatt and relaxing in Door County with her family.
